School holidays, without the guesswork

NextBreak shows the school holidays of the European Union's member states and their regions: when each break starts and ends, how long it is, who else is off at the same time, and which public holidays fall in the year.

Families plan trips with it, teachers and schools plan around it, and travel businesses use it to see busy weeks coming. Everything is free and needs no account.

How we keep it right

We take dates only from official sources and show the source next to every date, with the day we last checked it. Where an authority has not published a date yet, we say so instead of estimating it. When a calendar changes, we update the page and the calendar feeds that people subscribe to.

See sources and coverage for every document we use. If you spot a date that differs from your school's official calendar, write to contact@nextbreak.app and we will check it against the source.
